The tattoo will appear white and raised. This will resolve and the tattoo will now appear as it was, sometimes a little swollen. Keep in mind the pigment has been shattered but the body hasn’t had an opportunity to move it yet. You will still be able to see your tattoo. Depending on your tattoo factors, area of the body, density ect, you may see bruising at this point. We will continue to cool the area with the zimmer and apply post laser gel. While for some the feeling is uncomfortable and often described as like a flicking rubber band, it’s a much faster process than getting a tattoo and most people find it very manageable. Lollipops are on hand! If you have looked into removing your tattoos or improving your pigmentation before, we may have already met. I’ve been in the cosmetic industry for many years and working with lasers since 2016. I had never thought of myself as being very tech-savvy, but when it comes to laser technology I’m a self-confessed geek! Some of the most difficult cosmetic challenges are arguably tattoo removal and treating pigmentation.
